Todd Hido
Eerie night-time scenes of anonymous suburban settings from American Photographer Todd Hido.
“It is a very hard process making art to begin with just finding the right place is hard enough and half the battle. Sometimes I’ll drive around for 5-6 hours to find just the right spot and then you find it at midnight you can’t knock on the door and ask.”
Nice interview with jmcolberg.com here. Todd Hido is currently exhibiting his work at the Stephen Wirtz Gallery, San Francisco until February 25th entitled ‘Excerpts from Silver Meadows’.
